Raspberry Cream Salad

1 (6 oz) pkg. raspberry jello

1 cup boiling water

2 pkg. thawed frozen raspberries and juice

1 can crushed pineapple (drained)

3 mashed bananas

3/4 c chopped nuts

1/2 pint sour cream

Dissolve jello in water.

Add raspberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.

Pour half of mixture in a 9X13 pan.

Let set until real firm.

Spread sour cream on set layer and pour remaining mixture over top and let set.

Lemonade Salad

2 lg pkgs lemon jello (6 oz)

1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade

1 lg container Cool whip

3 cups boiling water

Mix Jello in water and add lemonade.

Add Coolwhip and blend well.

Pour into 9x13 pan.

As it sets, it separates and you will have a dark bottom and creamy light

top.... You can also do it with Lime... or Grape with grapejuice.

Even Orange with Orange juice...

Pretty much any fruit flavored jello...

Also white frozen grape juice and be used with most jellos.

Creamy Orange Fluff

1 pkg (6 oz) orange jello

2 1/2 cups boiling water

2 cans (11 oz each) mandarin oranges, drained

1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained

1 can ( oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Topping:

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup cold milk

1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding

In a bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water.

Stir in oranges, pineapple and orange juice.

Coat a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Add jello mixture.

Chill until firm.

In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until light.

Gradually add milk and pudding mix; beat until smooth.

Spread over orange layer.

Chill until firm.

Yogurt Jell-O

1 lg. pkg. orange Jell-O

2 C. hot water

1 container of Yoplait orange creme yogurt

1 container of Yoplait mandarin orange yogurt

2 cans mandarin oranges drained.

Dissolve Jell-O with the hot water.

Add the 2 containers of yogurt until the yogurt has dissolved.

Pour into a 9 x 13 container and add oranges.

Refrigerate until jelled.

Use this recipe with other Jell-O, and Yogurt flavors and fruits.

Orange Ice Cream Salad

1 small package instant orange jello

1 quart vanilla ice cream

1 small can crushed, drained pineapple in water (not syrup!)

2 sliced bananas

When making the jello, ONLY mix in the boiling water (per package directions).

Skip the cold water.

Once the jello is dissolved, add ice cream by medium sized scoopfuls.

Add the bananas, a little at a time.

Fold in the drained, crushed pineapple carefully.

(Make sure pineapple is fully drained or it will come out watery.)

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

This recipe can be doubled, if you have a larger crowd.

Orange Tapioca Salad

3 cups Water

3 ounces Orange Gelatin Powder -- (small package)

3 ounces Instant Pudding Mix -- Vanilla

3 ounces Tapioca Pudding Mix -- Instant

1 cup Mandarin Oranges -- drained

1 cup Pineapple -- crushed, drained

8 ounces Cool Whip® -- (small package)

Bring water to a boil in a large pan.

Pour in gelatin and pudding mixes, and let boil for one minute.

Remove from heat and cool completely.

When mixture is cool, fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped topping.

Let cool for at least 2 hours.
