Thanks ahead of time. If it's hairline/scalp, I'd also suspect shampoo or conditioner or creams. I learned years ago that I'd get small what bumps (not acne) on my face from anything with lanolin in it. I've had many MRT clients learn that the coconut (cocoate, sodium laurel sulfite, cocamide, etc) are triggers for rashes. Most shampoos and conditioners contain coconut derivatives. But, it's also in most liquid hand and dish soaps, so if no bumps on hands, less likely the soap based coconut things. - at 11 y/o, I'd assume she's doing some dishes and getting dish soap on her hands by now. Some clients learned it was food coloring or preservatives in soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc. Personally, I learned 15 years ago that the little bumps on my face (but they were not white) were caused by alfalfa or clover sprouts. Just an allergic/food sensitivity reaction. So, elim diet may help - changing soaps/lotions/shampoo. Or, finally, MRT testing if none of the former help.
