Are walkers and crutches allowed? ;-) -- Ron
Guest guest
, that is terrific! I'm so glad to hear you're already registered! Here's mine: http://melizondo.chariteam.com Ron, you can walk as far you are comfortable with. You can use any mode you need to, including a wheel chair or motorized chair. You can donate $5 or $10 to the AF for your walk. More importantly recruite family and friends to have them walk for or with you! I hear that it was tons of fun last year even for those who sat for most of the walk if you have company with you -Meghan

Guest guest
" You CAN make a difference! You say you want to help fight America's number one cause of disability? Well here's your chance. Put your best foot forward and help the Arthritis Foundation raise awareness and funds to fight arthritis. Gather your friends and family and take part in the Arthritis Foundation's nationwide Arthritis WalkSM. Your participation helps the 70 million Americans with arthritis take control. Join the Team for a Cure The Arthritis WalkSM takes place from coast coast each May, kicking off National Arthritis Month. Choose from a 5K or 1-mile course. Men, women and children with arthritis will lead the way wearing special blue " hero " caps to show that they are taking control of their arthritis. And during the Walk you'll have an opportunity to write an inspirational message on the Wall of Heroes. " For more information, please see: http://www.arthritis.org/events/arthritiswalk/default.asp I'll tell you where to go!
