Managing chiari email

Hello, yall!

I need help from some of you who have been doing this a long time. How do you manage to organize your email? It's hard to remember who is at what stage, etc...or is it just my poor pitiful brain that is so disorganized?

I made two folders to move stuff to keep, such as important links to medical info, one called " chiari " and one called " keepers " --just fun stuff and correspondence. These two are bulging at the seams, and I hate to delete everything that might someday be needed. But delete I do, at least once a week. (One week I deleted 936 messages! All that wonderful stuff into the bin!!) Then I get a letter referencing something that was a week or two ago and I can't remember where to find it.

Just say, " Lee, get a life! " or tell me how you do it! If I can remember this letter, I'll tell all of you in a week or so how many said " get a life, " and how many have an organization solution!

PS I did try modifying my subscription and getting it off the net, and it is very slow. I really like the email more. Am I the only one that has this problem?
