Guest guest
Jacqui, Check out www.asktcl.com (ask the computer lady). She may have it on her website or you can e-mail and ask her. Also if you do a google search of the problem you may be able to find out that way. It does make for interesting reading of your e-mails! Guest guest
Jacqui, I don't know anything about this website but I searched for the problem and this one came up asking if you're tired of seeing question marks in your aol e-mail and I noticed you have aol so here is what they say to do: AOL Email / Webmail Question Marks Annoying Get rid of the question marks in AOL! Log into your aol webmail Click on " settings " (top right) Click on " compose " in the left column Uncheck " Use Rich Text/HTML Editing " Click " write email " (top left) Click " OK " on the popup to save your settings Compose a message to a friend or who has been complaining about question marks in your email Send it. Bask in the glory of your friend not complaining about question marks in your email. Guest guest
Hi Jacqui, As I was reading your last post, the first thing that came to my mind is you were using Word to generate your emails, but possibly not? Check your email program settings. Often it will indicate how your writer is set up. Beyond that, I can't say...
