Guest guest
Thank you for your feedback. I, like you, don't know what is behind their denying some and approving others first time around, maybe they have a lottery type thing going on..We'll approve the next 3 applications and deny the following 12, OK, everybody go to it! Yes, I appreciate your prayers. I'm sure we all appreciate and need some prayers, THANK YOU! Rick www.whosyomama.com [ ] Re: Anyone with SSDI experience/knowledge? YIKES wow, all tha and you had to have a hearing for benefits? YIKES. Me and a = friend wound up applying for soc sec the same day- we did not plan it but ra= n into each other the day we went to do initial application. She has MS and= I have RA. 2 months later I got a letter to appear for an independant medi= cal exam. I had signed release of info forms for all my docs stuff but I ha= d not taken anything to the social sec office. My friend had brought some s= tuff, MRI reports etc. I saw the soc sec examiner who did some XRAYs and 3 = monthslater I was approved. My friend was denied. She appealed, hired a la= wyer, and 6 months later she was approved- nt for her MS but for steroid ind= uced mood swings. She has MS, asthma, at the time she had just had an eye r= emoved to cancer- Me? The only dx I had was " inflammatory arthritis " Socia= l security sure confuses me, I do not know how they come up with some of the= ir denials. I really don't. Mostly I am responding to ask you if it is OK with you if I keep you in my = prayers?
