Guest guest
Kenya, good luck! Get the book, and study the program BEFORE you join Curves. I am familiar with Curves and you might want to rethink that move. A gym membership will do it, but I don't think Curves will work very well. I suggest you check out Curves first, maybe get complimentary visits, and then decide. > I just ordered the book online yesterday. I guess that's the first > step. I've got to make this work! Guest guest
Hey Kenya - I just noticed that you ended your post that you're in Green Bay, WI. So am I! What a small world, huh? I work out at home and I'm also a stay at home mother of 2. Feel free to e-mail me personally if you want some local encouragement! jenniferdupree@... Although I've never been to Curves, I've heard about it and I don't think it's a BFL style workout. It's a start, though. The home gym and some dumbbells will help a lot. How will you do cardio? Running outside is the most cost efficient, but of course that's difficult to do with 4 kids, and also in the bitter cold! Good luck! Nice to meet you! , also in Green Bay! Here i go! > I just ordered the book online yesterday. I guess that's the first > step. I've got to make this work! I noticed many of you mention > being tired. I find that I am tired all the time. Guest guest
Sweetest Tess, All the best and all my prayers are being sent to you across the LONG miles. You are one of the most determined women that I know of and wish for a tiny bit of that strength in my daily life. The few times that I have spoken with you, I could feel the love that you have in your soul that keeps you going, come good times or bad. When you have a disease likes ours, it is the love of our on-line family that lets us know that we are not alone. Be a good patient, my friend and may God give the surgeons skilled hands and minds to bring you thru this operation. I will be sending my " beefed up " Cabana boys to our new svelte Tess! I love you, my dear, dear friend! As always............................. Gentle, tender, angel hugs, Debs in FL
