Hi Owen,

All this story is incredible.

Won't the MoJ realize its mistakes and eventually cancel this vicious

and scandalous contract?

What a pity !

For some reason, British journalists are too dumb and ignorant to grasp

the difference between translators and interpretets.

I have had nothing but problems with ALS, ever since I first came across

them some 6-7 years ago. They really do treat translators and interpreters

like & ^%* " £^$. They seem physically unable to do otherwise.

The MoJ will try to paper over this mess, and it'll never, ever, ever be

their fault. And the taxpayer will pay the bill.

,

This rushing-in where angels fear to tread is precisely what caused

chaos when Ken e introduced the NHS internal market under the last

Tory government without bothering to do a pilot scheme.

I think as a jazz enthusiast he enjoys improvising. Unfortunately it's

not the best way to run a health service or a justice system.

Sorry, I hadn't spotted that I'd written " Capital " , it should have been

" Capita " .

You won't get an argument from me. I have been saying for 20 years that

the man is a damn fool. Goodness knows why anyone thinks otherwise.
