Hello all

In a Brazilian Pt report from a hospital apparently somewhere in Santa

Catarina: MVF (alongside - low - respiratory rate). Is " murmulho

vesicular " used in Brazil (Dr's name doesn't sound Spanish?) Might

" MVF " be " murmulho vesicular fraco " ? Any suggestions?

Thanks

Owen

MVF -

If woman, we have :

AVF: útero antevertido ou em anteversoflexão

*MVF: mediovertido ou medioversão*

RVF: retrovertido ou retroflexão, popularmente conhecidos como útero

virado ou invertido.

For both sexes :

Aparelho respiratório: *MVF em ápices e bases pulmonares*, eupnéico, boa

expansibilidade torácica e simetria; Aparelho Cardiovascular: Bulhas

normofonéticas, RCR em 2T; Abdome flácido, RHA (+) em todos os

Youpiiieee !!

I found it

MVF = Murmurio vesicular *Fisiologico *!!

Brilliant, . When I think of the amount of time I spent

getting nowhere - it's sad! Some people just have the knack!

Thanks a lot
