Just in case you don't get any useful info from the client - I would try

to get away with something like Cardiovascular Catheterization Lab

versus Other Cardiovascular Lab....

THanks a lot for your ideas. Unfortunately I didn't find any valid support so I

decided to translate " sala non attrezzata per interventi di cateterismo " ,

considering that the few occurrences explaining this lab made me think in this

way. I delivered and I asked the proofreader to double check my solution.
