feeling better but not out of the funk yet

I was going to go out and work in my garden the grass was coming up

in it again. I walked out the door and those funky little whirly

seeds from my Maples and my neighbors Maples were all over the

place. The driveway was covered with them so I decided to sweep them

up. I got out the big broom and started sweeping...the wind blew

them right back. The job was just too big.

I got out my blower and blew my driveway clean - then decided to

sweep them up out of the road so the wind didn't just blow them

back. I got one of my big black trash bags and started filling it.

So far, I have a bag and a half filled. The trees are still full of

these things so will probably be doing it again in a couple days but

for now. You can walk in the driveway but instead of stepping on 100

each step now you step on 1 or 2...

Work is never done!

It did help though to do the physical exercise...I am in a little

better mood. I did pray too. He is always there - it is just

sometimes it becomes overwhelming. I know I have been always told

that he won't give me more then I can handle on my plate but now I

want a smaller plate...maybe a child's plate from their tea set...

Tawny says a storm is coming in from the west - that says a lot for

my mood too. I don't do well with stormy weather. I was hoping for

some hot spring days...with lots of sun

Althea,

You are doing too much, and then your going to regret it. I do the

same thing that you do, and then pay for it for days. Try the

meditation, and think about that cruise we were talking about. You

have got to take your mind off of all the negative things going on

right now, your stressing, and you don't won't to go in a flare.

I hope the storms go on over, and come back another day. Blue skies

and lots of sunshine tomorrow, it will be a better day for all of us,
