Hello all

In a pretty summary physical examination of a patient it states " mucosas

hidratadas no limiar " . I'm not clear what the " limiar " signifies here.

The only specific threshold that seems relevant is the phonation

pressure threshold - at which dehydrated mucosa makes it difficult to

maintain phonation. An alternative complete guess suggests an opposite

meaning for " no limiar " as " to the maximum " - ie that here it means that

the patient is fully hydrated. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Owen

Hi Owen,

Easier to explain in French, sorry :-)
