Wording: mild TIA without remainder/with no permanent injury to the brain

My source, translated literally from Hebrew, says:

mild TIA without remainder

I've a feeling there's a more appropriate medical wording in English than

'without remainder'. Perhaps 'with no permanent injury to the brain'?

I'd appreciate your input.
