Guest guest
I feel an excellent diet helps tremendously--a diet full of fresh, whole foods, omega 3 oils, and no (or little) junk--with the exception of chocolate, of course. I never eat deep fried foods; they seem to cause lethargy. Any kind of stress relieving activity is helpful, in my experience. Meditation and progressive relaxation practices are great. QiGong can raise energy and is known for its healing potential. Acupuncture and massage therapy help the body's energy to flow more freely, and I get energized by both. Gentle yoga helps. I still need to pace myself and plan rest time into my schedule. Sierra > > In a message dated 18/04/2004 18:26:25 Central Standard Time, > > natesmom4@m... writes: > > > > > > > I am always tired. I think that sums it up fairly well. > > Cary > > > > > >
