Guest guest
In carbohydrate counting for diabetes, the " other carbohydrates " list includes foods like hamburgers, pizza, stew, chili-foods that aren't relegated to one particular food group. It is sometimes called " combination foods " also. So I don't understand the question. I am unfamiliar with " un-digestibles. " What list are they a part of? Sorry for all the questions but I am trying to understand.
