Guest guest
In a case report the patient was admitted to hospital for: <....Schmerzen im linken Oberarm. Als Ursache fand sich eine Humerusfraktur, die ihrerseits Folge eines multiplen Myeloms war (Typ IgG Kappa, Stadium IIIB nach Durie und Salmon, ED 17.10.2011)> What does ED stand for in this context? My brain's not functioning! Also in <Zur Analgesie erhielt der Patient Dafalgan® 1 g p.o. 1-1-1-1 (ab 14.10.2 011 durchgehend) und Transtec® TTS 105 μg/h (ab 24.10.2011 durchgehend) sowie Temgesic® 0.4mg sublingual b.B. could b.B. possibly stand for " bevor Bett " (i.e.before settling for the night)? And why not write 0-0-0-1 as for all other drug doses? If not, what? MTIA Margaret
