Guest guest
Try Pool therapy, it actually challanges your muscles more and causes less stress on your joints and muscles. YOu can even take that pool work out to a level of medative motion that helps block pain if you just focus your spirit on the flowing motion of a arobic water therapy. YOu have done YOga so I am sure you are well aware of how to use your chi and to be aware of moving that energy along your chi --------------------------------- Talk is cheap. Use Yahoo! Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1¢/min.

Guest guest
I want to try pool therapy. I need to call my physical therapist to see where I can get that done. I know they don't have a pool at my physical therapist's office. Love, Becky in SD --------------------------------- Get your email and more, right on the new Yahoo.com
