The letters " BL " are embossed on (the other side of) the tablet, no need to

understand what they stand for.

either the first letter of the name of the product or the first letter

of the company's name. I feel sure that is the case here.

<750mg: White to creamish white capsule shaped film-coated tablets, with

" CPR 750 " embossed on one side and " BL " embossed on other side>

CPR 750 stands for ciprofloxacin and the dosage and BL is almost

certainly meant to stand for Bellwether.
