In a Norwegian chiropractor's report on a post-menopausal patient with headaches

we have this line translated by me:

reduced mobility of the back of the neck, specific (?) (spes. in the original)

rotation and lateral flexion on the right,

followed by this line in Norwegian:

Hyertron Traps, SCM, SCAlener, Sub Occ m/trp.

Can anyone interpret this last line a bit?

occ = occipital ?

m/ = could be short for the word " with " .
