Guest guest Posted February 12, 2008 Report Share Posted February 12, 2008 I ran in to a discrepancy with a project I did and just want to get some other RD's opinions on a few things. How many of you believe there are specific foods that are or are not conducive to weight loss? And I am talking about healthy foods and not the obvious unhealthy ones. But foods like cottage cheese, peanut butter, lean beef, etc... And not overdoing it on these foods but just having them in correct portion amounts on a calorie controlled diet.
