Normally I interpret but I'm doing a favour for a family member and got stuck on the above, especially the abbreviations. Any help would be appreciated. Best, Cervicoartrosis. Discoartrosis...... the Spanish should be `discartrosis' Spondylosis. Discarthrosis Hernia discal L4-L5 Herniated disc L4-L5 Sd. Subacromial Iz. por artrosis acromio-clavicular Tendinitis y rotura parcial del supraespinoso de hombro izquierdo Tendinitis and parcial rupture of the left shoulder supraspinatus tendon Hallux Rigidix pulgar pie izquierdo Hallux rigidus of the left foot big toe Hipoacusia neurosensorial bilateral Bilateral sensorineural hearing loss.
