But Melatonin doesn't really make me sleepy either. It just helps me go to sleep if I close my eyes.!! If I wake up for the bathroom, I am never sleepy. I can go back to sleep very easily. Never thought about this before. I didn't know the Cherry pills had it in too. Hugs, Donna R Caregave for Mom (after I brought her from WI to MI) for 3 years and 4th year in a nh.
