I didn't read that about them.!! Or I didn't pay attention if I did. No, I

don't get sleepy at all. But Melatonin doesn't really make me sleepy either.

It just helps me go to sleep if I close my eyes.!! If I wake up for the

bathroom, I am never sleepy. I can go back to sleep very easily. Never thought

about this before.

I didn't know the Cherry pills had it in too.

Caregave for Mom (after I brought her from WI to MI) for 3 years and 4th year in

a nh.

She was almost 89 when she died in '02. No dx other than mine.

Mom's new problems
