Guest guest
Dear Avi my tiny two cents worth on iodine - if you do decide to add in the iodine, start out as slowly as possible with a very low dose or weak iodine solution. when I first started I would have to be on two days and off two days etc. on a tiny tiny dose , and gradually build up to whatever amount you feel good on...I tried once 1/4 of a pill of the iodoral and completely blew out my adrenals and had to start all over, so I learned the hard way how important to start any of this very gently. I just know this, my body likes Armour better than it likes anything else..My TPO antibodies go DOWN on it (and increase when I add in Synthroid)..I'm looking into iodine. My pharmacist is talking to Flechas about it/my case. I did do a patch test and may have had (need to repeat, just to be sure) a negative reaction to even that amount. I HAVE to be careful, had a horrific 6 month thyrotoxic episode in 2004.Thanks for the info and as far as the Armour..Solidarity, Sister!!!Avi>> PRION content, "big spirts" of T3, and not bioidentical, eh?
