Hi Sue

The side effects I had for Arava didn't resolve until at least 6 months after

I stopped taking it. Maybe it hasn't been long enough yet for your white

count to rebound? Cary

Cary, I've been off of Arava for over a year now. I'm thinking that

radiation treatments that I had in 2002 following a lumpectomy for

breast cancer might be at the root of my problem. At that time, I was

on methotrexate, and I continued taking it during the radiation,

because I was told I could by my rheumy and the radiation oncologist.

The methotrexate had already brought my WBC count down below normal

before I started on Arava. Sue
