Guest guest
Hi Sandie, We are on the south shore of Long Island. We dragged our bones to Westchester and took our daughter and her current boyfriend out to dinner. When did she turn 24?!!!! Our other daughter is away at school, so she was missed.... she'll be 21 in February.... It was a lovely evening. Weather was crummy going up, but there were no downpours on the way home. Brought some of the tomatoes up with some other home made goodies - they will be appeciated - a taste of home! TOmorrow I go to my Mom's.... I feel like I live in my car sometimes! Hugs to you, Helene On this 7th anniversary of 9-11, I thought it was fitting that this be forwarded, especially to those of you in Iowa who may have seen or be able to see it. Quite spectacular. June C. Can't believe this was done by a teenager!! There is a huge rock near a gravel pit on Hwy.25 in rural Iowa .. For generations, kids have painted slogans, names, and obscenities on this rock, changing its character many times. A few months back, the rock received its latest paint job, and since then it has been left completely undisturbed. It's quite an impressive sight. Be sure to scroll down and check out the multiple photos. (all angles) of the rock. I thought the flag was draped over the rock! , but it's not. It's actually painted on the rock too. ? Here's the artist Ray 'Bubba' Sorensen. You may be only one person in the world, but You may also be the world to one person. AWESOME Work, RAY... Thank you!
