elbow. I had a nodule on a finger... they looked the same- but I have not heard

of anyone getting nodules on fingers. Has anyone here heard of that? It went

away after about 18 months, but my other hand a different finger now has one.

Another thing is one finger turned sort of black and thick at the middle joint -

and it stayed that way maybe 12 months- then that went away and a middle finger

did it. (I was scared of- gangrene but doc said no) on top of both hands near

my wrist bend- I got a huge " ridge " on each that was very hard like a bone, and

very tall, I called it my hand mountain. by the base of my thumb over my wrist

on both hands there is also softer swelling that has been there a year. AFter

the MTX began the hard ridge slowly " melted " away and is now gone! YAY. but

the soft swelling is still there- looks sorta funny. I have also noticed it

seems some tissue on top of my hands is gone- more like just skin over bones (I

am not a little person- I have some padding, LOL) and the knuckles at the base

of most of my fingers there is soft swelling that has not subsided in maybe 2

years. SOmetimes it turns almost a blackish color- sometimes, when I bathe it

turns bright red, irregardless of if it hurts or

not. Does anyone else have this? Is this common and normal?
