Checklist for Vehicles & License requirement

Dear All,

Could anyone send me the checklist for General Vehicles, Tractors, Earthmoving equipments, Cranes etc.,

Then what is the License (Either LMV, or HMV or HMV+any other certificate) requirement for operators operating JCB, Excavators, Hydra cranes etc.,Rules says that when the gross weight of the vehicle is less than 7.5 tons, it is a LMV. Now the problem is, How to ascertain the gross weight of a JCB as the RC gives detials about the Tare Weight. then what is the requirement for a Hydra crane.
