Re: something I have noticed about getting treatment curious

My shoulder flared in the rotator cuff and ac joint. It affected every movement

- even breathing or the slightest ifnger movement- brought tears. My husband

did not have the first clue- UNTIL he dumped his motorcycle and tore his rotator

cuff. He finally realized gosh this lady had 3 kids with no pain meds and came

home within 6 hours after giving birth with all 3 kids and went straight into

laundry in the basement and cooking without blinking an eye- and had major knee

surgery with only 1 pain shot immediately upon waking from anesthesia and not

even pain pills after- and did not cry- and now here I can sit with one dumb

finger some days hurting so bad I gasp for breath, choke, throw up and scream

primally. He fianlly " got it " Alas, the family " got it " so well- but it upsets

them so much, sometimes whe I flare- they HAVE to leave the house cuz it upsets

them THAT much to see me reduced to that.
