Thank you so much for the support you make available. I stumbled on this

site in the middle of my current flare and haven't felt like trying to respond,

but have found help and a human touch when I am " holed " up in bed and in pain.

I take Mtx, Enbrel, Naparosyn, Prenisone and pain meds and lots of other

things to help with side effects of those drugs. Even the e-mails from people

who are having problems are helpful to remind me that this miserable dark cave

I am in just now is not specific to me and will get better at some point

Thank you again and I look forward to sharing ideas when I am feeling a little

better.

Welcome to our group. I hope your meds make life enjoyable again. I was in

that miserable dark

cave once, but it was to lonely and depressing in there. My life isn¹t what

I expected it would be,

but since I can¹t change it I¹ll just have to make the best with it. With

the new meds out and

many more on the horizon, I believe life for people with RA will get better.

The meds have made

my life better, but I have to deal with the damage done from years of being

on meds that didn¹t work.

Hang in there. Life is definitely better outside the cave no matter how bad

you hurt.
