Colleen,

Best of luck getting into the study. Please keep us updated. It doesn¹t

seem available in my area,

but hopefully when I get in to see my new rheumy, he will know of somewhere

close that it is being done.

My buddy has crossed to Rainbow Bridge and is not suffering anymore. I

think that must be the

hardest part about being a vet tech.

I'm so sorry. I was an emergency vet tech for 4 years, too. I thought many

times one of the things I appreciated about being a vet tech was the ability

to assist animals (and their families) into a peaceful, humane goodbye.

Nothing is worse than a pet suffering. I'm thinking of you and your pal.

Cary,

I guess I never thought of it that way. I could never let my pet suffer

either.

Thanks for pointing out the rewarding part of the job.
