Guest guest
DR. Schnitz.. or whatever the hell his name is!!! Oh My God, Althea/Kathi... I also agree. He is an @ Sorry, if that offends, but ... you know there is only one name for him. I went to him when I was still in college... He saying there was nothing wrong with me, and I asked him if he believed me. I remember saying to him, " I can understand if you say you don't know what it wrong, but at least tell me you believe me! " .. He never gave me an answer. I was in college and had the whole world ahead of me, why in the hell would I make something up? Now the loser tries to act like he helps all these Lupus patients. He doesn't. If you don't fit what he is looking for, you are a liar. That is the worst part of auto-immune diseases -- people not believing you. He seemed to be obsessed with telling me he could give me gemological exams.. I'm like..hello. I have a Gyno for that . Anyway, I remember leaving his office confused, insulted and in tears. She spent 3 - 4 hours with me during that first appointment...after that I am lucky to see her for 5 minutes. I am asking her a question and she is backing out the door... sometimes she has sat down though but nothing has really changed - she gives me a shot of cortizone to get me through the bad day and says I'll send in the nurse and she'll give you your prescriptions and lab slip... At first someone used to explain my labs to me - now they are real basic and they just tell me no problems - I have seen notes on my labs over the past 2 years though that have said contact patient but no one ever has... I am glad that the base is willing to look for a new RA for me but I don't know how long that will take. I have asked for one before and nothing has happened - (last year when I had the problems with Dr C) (she doesn't like anyone questioning why you are on the meds you are on)... I will be glad though that it is in writing and that someday maybe someone will do something about it - the Doc I saw today seemed to care so maybe something will be done - she knew I was upset...I don't normally get emotional at appointments but today I was as close to tears that one can come to without crying... Thank you for the list of Docs though - maybe I will call a few and see if they take Tricare. God bless, Althea
Guest guest
Kelley: You are not offending me ......I called him Dr. SHITZ to his face, like I said I would'nt wish him on anyone. What he said to you does'nt surprise me, he really is a jerk......after seeing him I was so upset I called tricare because they had done the referral and they asked me to write a letter of complaint on him. They told me they had so many people tell them horror stories about him but could'nt drop him because he so messed with his patients that nobody wanted to put anything in writing, I was more than happy to put it on paper and my husband was at the appointment and also put what he heard in writing.....he more than qualifies for 's docs we love to hate list, but deserve's something much more unkind.....as far as insurance Dr. Carson accepts, I would call Kathy in the office and ask, he does accept medicare, but I don't know about bluecross....hope you are having a good day...Kathi in OK --- In , " Kelley Cook " <kuselton@s...> wrote: > DR.
