does your neck crinkle when you move it? Like a bowl of rice krispies when you

pour on the milk? When I wake up and have a good day like today- I move my

neck, my knees and my ankles to make sure I hear the snap crackle pop to assure

myself I am still alive. I wonder if I would panic now if I did not hear that

familiar sound?

Usually I do pop constantly, I sure can't sneak up on anyone. I

haven't been popping though with this pain. Like right now I am in

severe neck pain, it's almost like my neck is burning, and it's in

the top of my back. I just need a complete overhaul on my old'

bod,lol I am going to try to rest for awhile, hugs T
