early llllast week I felt sort of how you describe. Both my shoulders were

flaring really bad- I could not walk around cuz gravity made them feel like they

were pulling out of the sockets. Laying down stressed them. I have one of

those backrest type things, I turned it upside down and piled a few pillows

around it and sat facing it and leaned up against it to sleep . I, too did not

sleep the first nite with it and I was in agony looking for the escape of sleep.

I am saying " my shoulders " but it went from my shoulder blades up to the tops of

my shoulders and many of the muscles up there and into my neck and down my arms.

even wiggling my fingers made me nasueaous. The kids actually put the backrest

thign in front of me and then arranged the pillows as I could't. Then they

balanced bags of frozen peas on me here and there. I did manage to sleep that

way for a couple hours. You are in my prayers. I hope later you canmanage to

get some rest and relief.
