Chiari diagnosis without MRI?

Has anyone had ACM diagnosed using cat scans? My wife has a pacemaker

and it is impossible(and dangerous) for her to have an MRI. Dr. Heffez

ordered the CT Scans (they were done in a special way) and was pleased

at the way they came out. He is diagonsing ACM a feels decompression

surgery would help her symptoms. Tomarrow we see Dr. Cybulski at

Northwestern to get his opinion.
