Tess,

I get the same thing with hungier. No real warning..just BAM hungry!!!! I

was told that if you don't eat in habit every 2-3 hrs your stamch will spasm

and make you very nauseated. I have only had this happen once when I went

shopping and forgot my shaker with protien drink in it. I had to go buy a

smoothie

king shake quick before I starting heaving!!! One time of this experience

was enough for me. Now I either carry something or know if the mall or store I

am in has foods and drinks I can have.

I am beginning to try foods that are pretty thick now and some semi-soft

solids as I transition to soft solid food on Tuesday. So far no problems. I

know

though gatorade is far too sweet as is apple and orange juice. I have to

water all my juices down like a baby. My kids refer to it as my baby stomach.

Today I went to a picnic and was amazed when I told them I could only eat 2

ozs of food so I should not be required to pay $7 for the meal. The lady

taking the tickets was clueless but the lady serving knew exactly what my needs

were. So I got a tablespoon of BBQ beans, two meatballs and two pickle slices.

It was soo good!!!!!! 2 hrs later I went back on my protein shake cause I made

it and it was also good. It was vanilla, made with fresh banana,

strawberries and blueberries. It was so good. I carry a thermo-electric cooler

in my

car so when we go out I can keep my drinks cold.

Tess, you are right when you said when have started a journey...one with such

positive life changes that I look forward to each days challenges.
