Guest guest Posted May 23, 2004 Report Share Posted May 23, 2004 Becky, Its amazing how you make a diet change and it changes everything. Ask Tess and I how diet changes have effected us. I think if you reduce the carbs, sugars or eliminate them if you can..increase the protien and fresh veggies you have no choice but to feel better. Also eating six smalls meals a day..which means you need to eat every 3 hrs will make a world a difference. I was not big into fad diets like Atkins and South Beach.
