Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 I am looking for a resource that I can obtain to help me with treatment recommendations for Gestational Diabetes-GDM. I see them very infrequently and if they are going to start insulin or glyburide I would like to have a starting recommendation for the doctor. I am at a Family Medicine clinic. Most of the time the patient will be sent to the high risk OB clinic if treatment for GDM is necessary after trial of diet only but sometimes they are not referred. In those cases, I would like some up-to-date information re: treatment. The information I have is old. Any input or suggestions would be great! Thanks.
