A question about obtaining Medicare provider status at a multi-site PTIP:

What does a 4-site PTIP practice with 3 sites currently credentialed to

provide Medicare services have to do to get its' 4th site credentialed? Are

there changes in place since the balanced budget act? All therapists at all

sites been individually credentialed with MC #'s. I recall hearing something

about that there is no longer a " site review " process. Who can offer some

in-site?
