Guest guest
Hi! I'm haiving an abdominal myomectomy and a hysteroscopy on November 29th. I've always worked out about 5 days a week, but am now lifting weights and doing more strenuous exercise to get in shape for my myomectomy. I figure that if I use my leg muscles, oblique muscles and upper body to compensate for a sore abdomen after surgery, I will be in good shape. Do you think that all of this will help? Any other suggestions? Thanks! Janice
