hello all,

I have been pretty busy since my Lapband weight loss surgery. I missed my

appnt with Foot Specialist and my Rhemmy. I finally got back on track

rescheduled my appnts.

Today I went to see the foot specialist. My tendonitis in my achilles tendon

is back and driving me insane. She has stated not much more she is going to

do right now. I got my new orthodics and hopely they will help out. I have

three weeks to wear them and report back if they need adjustment.

This is kinda bumming me out cause the pain has cause me to redue my walking

from 3/4 mile a day down to 1/2 mile a day or less. The doc suggested walking

later in the day when I have had a chance to stretch and do some massage on

the tendon. Its more difficult to walk the mall one they open cause you spend

time dodging people!!

Well, I guess now I need to really push to get my new Gazelle exercise

machine. I found the best price on Home Shopping Network online.

Next week I go to see the rheummy and hopefully he will sign off on permenent

handicap plackard, my permenent disability for my student loans and update my

meds.

Next stop in Eye doctor for annual exam, then I see my internist for my

annual exam. My internal med doc who I really love is moving away so now I will

ahve to see another partner in the practice. I should be straight for at least

two months after that with doctor appnts.

I will be going back to Dallas for my second follow up appnt with the surgeon

as well as another band fill. I am so excited. I have lost 21 lbs so far

and hope with another band adjustment this weight will continue to fall off. I

just have to keep exercising!!

Toni
