Enbrel Want too... talk side effects!!!!!

Hi there,

This is my first post here, I hope I can help others from the heart

break I had gone thur. I am not here to scare any one just toooo..

let u know what happened to me on Enbrel for RA. I also have

Fibromyalgia for 8.5 years RA dx 1997 and other diease i will post

about at another time.

I was put on a waiting list for this drug in 2000. I came to the top

of the list 11/2002, I started the Enbrel right away I found relief

from RA in 5 to 6 weeks or sooo... I believed I was back to Normal

(right) I was so happy. But the evilness of this FDA approved drug

came to a head. In my right eye I started having a hard time with my

sight and things going blurry , I thought that they were just tried.

then on 2/26/2003 I could not see all, I could see was the out line

of

thing for Example I could see your face but not you eyes ot mouth

just the figure.

I decieded I needed to go see an Eye doc and he told me that I had

Optic Nerutris(one of the signs of Ms abd bought on by Enbrel).

From there I went to see rheummy and told her what was going on

She then admitted me right away and started mega doses of steroids.

I now am legaly blind in that eye from the Enbrel

I was will to do any thing to get out of pain, Enbrel is a hermone

from a chinnies hamster overies i was put this into my body i must

have been crazy To put forign thing into my body to me i will live

life in pain and have my sight my left eye tooo.. me I do nt believe

this drug id worth lossing our sight over

I do kow that this side effect was a freak one but if it happened to

me COULD IT HAPPEN TO YOU.

I dont believe this is worth it to me to risk your sight or to get MS

or death.

Please becarfull on this drug and learn all you can about this drug.

My lawyer told me that remicaid is 10times worst

these new RA drugs BIO'S should have not been aaproved by the FDA.
