Usually for breakfast I have oatmeal and fat free milk in my coffee (3 cups). I do eat a lot of salads. My husband teases me by telling me my ears are going to start growing long and pointed. If there is something I really want to eat, I eat it, but in a small quantity. I never eat a high carb meal without doing exercise. Guest guest
Wow Eunice- that is great. I sure wish I could eat like you do! I had one oat roll up (low carb) for lunch with 2 slices of ham and I went up about 40 points. Like from 116 to 155 if I remember correctly. <<I had an appointment yesterday with my doctor for my 3 month HbA1C. My last one was in December.
