Hello everyone! I'm Denisa. Glad to be here and I'm looking forward

to meeting you all and getting some great advice and talking more

with you all. :) I've been doing TaeBo since about February of 2002,

dropped about 60 pounds within a 7 month time frame and kept it off

for 2 years. Unfortunately, just within the last year and a half I

managed to gain back over half of it. I got " comfortable " with where

I was at, and slowly stopped working out..for what reason, I can't

even remember now. But I'm hoping to start up a new diet and

exercise regimen here again soon to get the weight I gained (and the

some) back off. The other morning I saw the infomercial for 's

Boot Camp Elite and of course I fell in love with it and had to have

it, lol. So I ordered it yesterday and can't wait till it gets here!

But it looks like it's one heck of a system and I'm going to have to

work my way up to it again. Sooo my question is, how should I go

about starting all over again? It's been a good year since I

regularly worked out. I have tons of other TaeBo videos, but most of

them are advanced and I don't have very many basic ones to keep in a

routine. I do have other workouts (The Firm and Walk Away the

Pounds) but I'm not really that sure where to start, and even my

Firm videos are pretty advanced. I've been trying to remember what I

did 4 years ago when I started working out, but my memory is a

little rusty. What would you recommend be the best thing for me to

start out with? Thanks in advance!!
