Guest guest
I do the higher dose of P days 14-28, a spike of the P days 20-22, and a low dose days 7-14. I go off it completley for a few days until I get my period. My periods were doing the 35 days then 26 days thing, but the last two periods I have spiked the progesterone days 20-22 and that seems to jump start the period coming around day 28 last two months. I just know if I were not on my hormones that I would be crazy person. With the whole Christmas pressure thing, husband and children doing nothing, I find my body seems to eat up even more estrogen. I put on extra patch yesterday just so I would not bite off people's heads. > > Hi everyone, > > I haven't been here in quite a while and usually only lurked when I > visited.
