How Do I Reply to specific messages

I am trying to become more active in the group but am an computer idiot.

Could someone please help me figure out how to isolate and respond to a

specific message? I'm sure it has something to do with cut & paste but just

can't seem to be able to do this. I know this is OT so please feel free to

email me personally instead of through the list. thanks so much.

I wrote with a question re: meds a couple of weeks ago and have felt so

guilty for not being able to respond with heartfelt thanks because of my

incompetence.
