Guest guest
I was treated with large doses of prednisone for polycystic ovarian disease in 1972. I got the " moon face " and the " buffalo hump " (which my children always called the " humpy bump " and to my way of thinking is a much nicer name). Within weeks of stopping prednisone, the moon face disappeared, but the " humpy bump " has never left. Now I have lost fair amounts of weight in the past with little to no effect on it. Until now. Since my bariatric surgery my humpy-bump has decreased by about half already! I am NOT complaining, believe me. But I wonder why the fat from it has been leaving so rapidly when during " dieting " and losing more than I've lost so far with surgery, it didn't diminish at all? Love & hugs...
