Thanx for the story ... I hope that things somehow turn out ok for you!! .. I

just said a quicky prayer for you, if you consider yourself spiritual, at all,

pray sister .. it certainly cannot hurt!!

I felt very anxious about doing any of the DMARDS .. especially remicade, which

the doctor's assistant was pressuring me to go on .. I hesitated for a couple of

reasons.. 1)the cost to my fellow medical insureds, $2000.00 an injection .. I

know this is not common, but I really don't want to be that much of an expense

to anyone 2)When I tried to look it up on the net for info., found 2 things..

promotion from 'big drug co.s & offers from lawyers to sue the snot out of the

doctor's that prescribed it to you..

Needless to say, I passed and decided to stay with the prednisone and pain

killers .. Gettin back into the sun, for natural VitD manufacturing by my body

,, and going back to the 'Judy Mazel' way of eating .. Looking back before this

RA hit these are two things that I faltered or stopped, right before.
