Holy Cow, Kathi. It looks SO painful! And it sounds scary...are you having

any clotting or bleeding abnormalities? I didn't look far enough to see the

treatment....is there one? Cary

My first guess, Kathi, is that the large amount of Enbrel you are using

is part of this problem.

Enbrel has been associated with the development of vasculitis,

thrombosis, and the formation of antiphospholipid antibodies, for

example.

So, if you were already tending toward any of those problems, it may be

making them worse.

Still thinking. When are you going to the dermatologist or talking to

your rheumatologist?
