I do not know how it tore and they will not do anything to fix it as long as

I am on prednisone.

I do have alot of problems with it.

Training myself to sleep on my back helped me a lot, Renate. Also, my

rice sock and a electric heating pad were very soothing.

I did have one injection of cortisone which gave me good relief for a

few month, too.

I'll tell you where to go!

I sleep on by back now also. I have had the shot and use the heat pad but

what is a rice sock? I have never heard of that.
