Guest guest Posted June 24, 2004 Report Share Posted June 24, 2004 Training myself to sleep on my back helped me a lot, Renate. Also, my rice sock and a electric heating pad were very soothing. I did have one injection of cortisone which gave me good relief for a few month, too. I'll tell you where to go!
