Adult Certificate Wt Management

Hello,

I'm asking this for a fellow RD. She's attending Dover, Delaware's

Adult Certificate Wt Management program next month. She's struggling

with how to get there. The closest airport to Dover is Philadelphia

International Airport so she's landing there. Now she has yet to find

the best way to get to Dover from Philadelphia without having to rent a

car and drive there. She really doesn't want to do that but can't find

a bus or shuttle that will take her to Dover. There's a train but it

leaves in the morning only which is not feasible for her at all.

Does anyone have any ideas for her? Please respond!
